remembering my calls....

It's been years since I have experienced waking up early in the morning or late evening getting ready for my shift at a call center.At first, I was excited doing it but after my training.,we were assigned to our significant work stations and accounts and I was lucky with the team that I am in.Needless to say with my tl.It went smooth for a month.I have calls that is worth remembering because of cooperative clients and customers.I remember encountering a call by a client.It was 11:45 pm minutes before my lunch/break I was in attentive at first saying my opening spiel blah blah ..mind you my two calls before this well..a bit unnerving it was transferred by customer care and she thought that she transferred it to the billing department..heller..billing and sales are two different departments so before accepting the transfer I knew that I will have to transfer this call again to the billing department but as a polite telesales rep I entertained the caller right away.It was just a second when the customer care hung-up and that the caller was on the other line I can already hear and feel that she was fuming mad...reason?I don't know!!!So here I am again with my opening spiel.
thank you for calling sprint where you can experience life at sprint speed this is trish,how may i help you??? the caller on the other line answered:I've been on the phone for 45 minutes and now you are asking me again how will you help me???wow..i was taken aback by her answer.This is what I told her.Miss,your call was transferred to the sales department and I am happy to serve you,my name is trish.After saying those mukhang napahiya sya at naging mellow ng konti at sabi nya okay since the first agent that I was talking to transferred me to you ,my problem is about my phone bill...blah blah...My reply:Oh, miss I'm sorry to hear that but let me just inform you that billing concerns are not discussed in sales department and all i can do for you now is to ask for your complete name and address and your account number so that before I can transfer your call again to the billing department I will just have to turn over your details to a billing agent and that billing agent will help you with your concerns.Will you let me ask for your details so that while pulling them up with our system I can transfer your call to the billing department.Her reply was okay can you do it a little faster because i'm on my cell right now and I don't know how long my battery can afford to wait for the next agent because you see I've been put on hold for like 45 minutes and that the department that previous girl I was talking transferred me to a different department too.My reply :Okay miss, can you start giving your full name and address and your account number and please stay on the line for a minute for I will transfer you now?The caller gave out her details and while pulling them up I called for the billing department agent and relayed the callers details so that she can pull the details on her system before I transfer the caller and that the next agent will automatically know her problem.I went back to my caller and told her to please stay on the line the next agent is on the line to help her and I thank her for patiently waiting.The caller thanked me and wished me to have a nice day..hahahah umaga kasi sa states that time pero dito satin hatinggabi na hahahah.Yun call na yun muntik nako masigawan meron sarcasm sa part nun caller kasi pinaghintay sya pero ganun talaga ehh..So okay, na time to recieve another call hindi ko na sinusunod yun 2minute na pause after a call heheh ganun din yun ehh..Next call...my opening spiel again..blah..blah..at first i thought I was hearing things pero hindi naman..eto kasi sabi nun caller:Hi trish!what type of dress are you wearing right now?huh?so sabe ko:Mr.,can you repeat that again?sorry,I wasn't able to hear that clearly..at inulit naman nya..I said what type of dress are you wearing right now?aba!at totoo nga yun tinatanong nya..Naalala ko yun sabe ni tl lalo pag ghost calls ganito sasabihin ninyo wag kayo makipag chikahan: Thank you for calling sales department,and since you have called for our department I am more than willing to process to your orders..blah blah..yun daw pangsupla para matakot yun ghost caller..at pag sumagot daw at nagalit eto yun closing spiel dapat.:Thank you for calling sprint have a nice day ...sabay hang-up ka na hahahahah..ayun nga ginawa ko heheheh..yujn last call ko bago break was may-ari ng isang company sa states.nag-iinquire ng latest handsets para orderin nya para sa mga newly hired employee nya..meaning umoorder ng company phone..ibig sabihin madami yun..mga 14 yun sinabi nya kahit anung features daw basta for the employees...hahahaha..jackpot ako sa kanya nawala yun tamad ko..while checking yun account nya glove account pala meaning company account yun kahit hindi nako masyado mag-offer ng kahit anung handset kukunin nya kasi expense ng company..pinili ko yun stylish yet yun tamang handset para sa employees nya.,hindi bulky,user-friendly,bar phone at higit sa lahat light weight lang para kahit sa pocket ilagay hindi hassle lalo pag nagmamadali yun employee nya hindi mahirap kunin at gamitin..Napili ko for them is centro by palm.$399.99 with gps features pa o san ka pa di ba?Before ko ifinalize yun order sinabi ko pa sa caller yun napili ko for them pati specs and prices and rebates nagustuhan nya kasi sinabi nya online sya at nakikita nya yun itsura ng phone..Sa super excited ko makabenta nagtanong nako agad...So mr. are you giving me the chance to process the order?
i should wait na sabihin nyang "yes" as in yes ha hindi okay or aha or oh sop samin yun kasi pag hindi yun sagot i have to ask again kasi ibig sabihin nun pag yes talaga sinagot okay decided sya gusto nya kunin pag hindi yes...unsure pa..luckily yes sagot nya...what I did was I called for my tl kasi meron pa sya iaapprove na discount/rebate kasi company lines yun ehh taz sabe pa nya okay ka ahh dami nyan pero recorded as 1 sale lang yan ha kasi company phone eh sakin okay lang atleast may sale ako hahahah...so after nun break na masaya ako kahit medyo antok na hihiih..after nito back to my workstation again hintay ng calls..tapos lunch at mga 2am in the morning hahahaha..after nun balik uli sa workstation tanggap ng calls till 7-7:30 am tapos go home na hahahaha...ganun lifestyle ng call center agent..pag nagkayayaan kain sa labas,hindi kasi ako nagyoyosi ehh coffee about 6 cups a day hahahah yan addiction ko..hay kakamiss din pala..
